In November, the Oman National Collaborative Leadership programme took place under the auspices of the Royal Diwan. As the e-oman agenda develops, Dr. Tanya Filer, director at StateUp, provided training on digital government to the senior policymakers and executives selected to participate in the programme.
Mobile World Capital Foundation’s Digital Society programme has undertaken a project on ‘GovTech’ (government technology) and citizen participation. As they developed their thesis, Digital Society turned to StateUp for advice and expert review of their work-in-progress on government technology.
