StateUp is excited to welcome Dr. Saurabh Lall to the team as a new Expert Affiliate, deepening our expertise in public-purpose entrepreneurship and innovation, sustainable finance and impact investing, and entrepreneurship and economic development in emerging economies.

An Associate Professor in International Business & Enterprise at the Adam Smith Business School at University of Glasgow, Lall focuses on understanding and improving how entrepreneurs tackle global social and environmental challenges such as poverty, climate change, and inequality. 

While Research Director of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), a policy program of the Aspen Institute, Dr. Lall also co-founded the Global Accelerator Learning Initiative. This Initiative is a unique public-private partnership that has aggregated data from over 23,000 ventures around the world for application to accelerator programs.

Saurabh is currently Associate Editor for the Social Enterprise Journal and serves on the UNDP Impact Measurement and Management Working Group.
