Dr. Tanya Filer, Founder and Director of StateUp delivered the keynote presentation at the OECD’s E-Leaders 2020 conference.

Tanya discussed how to build a digitally-enabled state during the closing plenary session.

She was joined by Siim Sikkut, Chair of the E-Leaders Working Party and Government CIO of Estonia; Elsa Pilichowski, Director, Public Governance at the OECD; Barbara Ubaldi, Digital Government and Open Data Lead at the OEC; and Christopher Ferguson, Director, Cabinet Office of the UK Government Digital Service.
