Major update to financial and regulatory startup data

The StateUp team has made extensive updates to the startups in the FinTech and Legal, Compliance, & RegTech public problem areas. Updates include new descriptions to account for pivots, new funding rounds, and M&A activity. This is in response to a very active Q1 and Q2 for these firms in 2021.
